As we are a family business, your booking is extremely important to us. On the day of your appointment, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will then contact you to let you know as soon as your little one’s ready. For your pet’s wellbeing, please make sure that you’ll be ready to collect them within 15 minutes of their appointment end time.
Parking is available on Hawthorne Avenue, Rushout Avenue, or just a few minutes walk away at the Sainsbury’s or Kenton Recreation Ground car park. We kindly ask you to not park in the shared spaces in front of the shop.
For the convenience of our customers, Lily’s Club accepts card payments. To speed up the pick up process and to make the experience calmer for your pet, payment is taken at the time of drop off.
