    • In order to provide updates in service to the clients (including booking reminders), we required to store their personal information including contact details and name. This data is on a secure, online cloud based platform that is solely accessible by Lily’s Club staff.

    • In order to provide our clients with the best level of service we may, at times, query customers in relation to their preferences in relation to new services or offers. This data is on a secure, online cloud based platform that is solely accessible by Lily’s Club staff.

CCTV footage will be stored for a period of 30 days before being removed from our system.
